You know it has been a long time when you forget your password to log onto your own blog. Oh well - I have been a little busy and tired. She finally came - over 5 weeks ago! I have since blocked out the labor and recovery! I vaguely remember that 13.5 hours on Pitocin was not too lovely and I recall wanting drugs in the end. But it was too late and there she was! I do remember telling the doctor that I needed a nap before I could push, but the doctor didn't cooperate. The great ball of joy rang in at 7lbs 13oz, 19.5 inches at 11:21pm on Groundhogs Day, February 2ND. Her name is pronounced May - and it k picked it. We thought it meant plum, but k's dad and a few others say it means beautiful. Well that is a fair trade - her middle name is her grandma's first name meaning orchid. Beautiful Orchid - not to shabby. We all call her Sushi, so I guess it doesn't matter what her name is anyways :)..
Here is a pick of J holding her - he is in love. S loves her too, but I don't want to post another pic today.

Here she is thinking -"what did I get myself into?".. yeah sorry lady, you are stuck with us!

This is what happens when you have older brothers. Here is just one of the many poses J put her in. K has since put them into a power point presentation where it flashes the pics back and forth - making it look like she is moving. He is crazy, but it is funny.

Do you see that awesome flower!! Yeah too bad daddy is the headband Nazi - he says they leave marks so they are too tight!! I put them on, and he takes them off as fast as he can.

Can you believe this picture? K took it without looking - she was lounging on his tummy and he had the camera.

I am changing the title of our blog because we obviously moved back to CA. We just got our cars today so we are officially 100% Californian. It has been a crazy hectic 5 weeks and it does not appear to be slowing down. That means I will continue to be a lazy blogger - but maybe a cute little lady will inspire me. "Crazy People in Disguise" will probably be temporary - but it comes from the Robots in Disguise saying from Transformers! Plus we do try and look normal, even though we are crazy.

Holy cow, that little gal is cute. That last picture is adorable with her smiling! Glad you are home safely and that you have all of your stuff. And I'm especially happy to hear that all is well. And I love seeing pictures.
She's absolutely gorgeous. Congratulations!! Aren't the little bows and ruffles so fun after 2 boys? Where did you get those flowers? Cute cute cute!! Glad you're back in Cali. =D
Btw, love the new title. You guys are hilarious.
She is already smiling in one of those pictures. I love her nickname, Sushi! That is awesome. She is beautiful. Hope you guys are enjoying California!
HAHA! I just kept cracking up! I didn't think you would be a bow person and I personally agree with K that they leave marks on their heads (but really it makes the baby look WAY cuter!) Love your new title. In the picture with her pink I thought how long really is Lauren going to keep it up...how old will she be before she starts wearing spiderman and transformers. (although now you are near your mom and sis in law..they will keep you in stock!)
TOO CUTE!
